Warranty Policy
Within one year of purchase, if there is any quality problem, we provide free warranty service. The warranty service is only applicable to products purchased on the DOOGEE official website.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
1. Damage caused by human factors, natural disasters and other external reasons
2. Damage caused by failure to use, abuse, or misuse in accordance with the product instructions
3. Changes or modifications to any part of the product
Warranty process:
1. Offline warranty service:
DOOGEE has set up an after-sales service center in Poland, and you can go to the repair center according to the distance
2. Online warranty service:
Please contact doogeemall@doogee.com, we will provide an after-sales warranty address, and customers need to send it to this address for repair.
Note:
Customers need to bear the one-way transportation cost, and DOOGEE will bear the repair cost and return transportation cost
