Order cancellation: Customers can apply for a full refund within 48 hours after placing an order.

If you apply for a full refund within 48 hours after placing an order and the product has been shipped or is in transit, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will charge a 5% transaction fee. If you need to return or exchange goods within 30 days after receiving the goods, please contact doogeemall@doogee.com and explain the reason for the return (please provide pictures or videos for under-delivery, product defects or quality problems). We will provide the return address and arrange for re-delivery
2. After the customer's items are shipped, you need to provide the logistics tracking number and the return package picture. After we receive the goods and the warehouse completes the acceptance, we will process the order refund (the account arrival time depends on the bank used by the customer, and some banks have delayed arrival)
