Return & Refund Policy
We hope you like the products you ordered! But if you are not 100% satisfied, we have simplified the return process.
Order cancellation: Customers can apply for a full refund within 48 hours after placing an order.
Note:
If you apply for a full refund within 48 hours after placing an order and the product has been shipped or is in transit, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will charge a 5% transaction fee. (We cannot intercept the shipped goods, and the items will be returned and refunded after they arrive and are signed for)
Return and refund:
If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days after receiving the product, we support return and exchange; if you receive the product more than 30 days, we do not support return and exchange;
1. If you do not like the product for personal reasons and need to return and refund, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and A 5% transaction fee is required (Note: additional tax are required for transportation to countries outside the EU. Please consult the local post office for tariff fees)
2. If you need to return or exchange goods for non-personal reasons, due to product quality problems, product defects, or under-delivery, we provide free returns and replacements
Note:
1. The returned goods must be properly packaged and contain the original components;
2. For returns and refunds for personal reasons, the goods must be complete and will not affect secondary use;
Process:
1. If you need to return or exchange goods within 30 days after receiving the goods, please contact doogeemall@doogee.com and explain the reason for the return (please provide pictures or videos for under-delivery, product defects or quality problems). We will provide the return address and arrange for re-delivery
2. After the customer's items are shipped, you need to provide the logistics tracking number and the return package picture. After we receive the goods and the warehouse completes the acceptance, we will process the order refund (the account arrival time depends on the bank used by the customer, and some banks have delayed arrival)
